General principles
- Written agreement. SOG Agribusiness provides services only under a signed written agreement that defines the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, reporting and applicable terms.
- Assessment first. Every engagement is preceded by an assessment. We may decline any project or client.
- Service fees. Our fees depend on the size, complexity, budget and scope of the work, and are disclosed in writing before you sign.
- Scope. Only the services listed in your agreement are included. Changes to scope are agreed in writing.
- No guaranteed outcome. Agricultural results depend on factors outside anyone’s full control. We do not guarantee yields, returns, repayment or the protection of capital. See our Agricultural Project Risk Disclosure.
- Funds. Funds are received and used only through approved, documented and legally permitted processes, as set out in the agreement. We never accept funds through this website.
- Reporting. The format and frequency of reporting are defined in each agreement.
- Complaints. Concerns can be raised with us at [complaints contact]. We will acknowledge and respond to complaints in line with our complaints procedure [to be defined].
